1 tblsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, chopped (1-1/2 cups)
8 oz sliced white mushrooms
12-ounce bottle mild beer (such as pale ale)
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
2 tblsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot sauce
1/4 cut chopped flat-leaf parsley

Combine chili powder, garlic, flour and salt. Add tilapia an toss to coat evenly.In large skillet w/a cover, heat oil on med heat. Add fist and cook until browned on both sides, approx 2 min per side. Transfer to plate and set aside.Add onions & mushrooms to skillet. Saute until they have softened, 4-5 mins.Stir in beer, tomatoes (w/juice), worcestershire and hote sauce. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer 5 min.Return fish to skillet.
