Here is how you make Salade Nicoise:

Make the dressing and set aside. Bake or poach the fish until cooked and easily flaked. Season and roast the asparagus and green beans with a coating of pan spray at 200C until cooked and slightly crisp. Put the potatoes on the bottom of a dish, then layer over the roasted green vegetables, and egg quarters, finally flaking the fish in large chunks over the top.
