1. Heat oil in pan and fry cubed chicken and cubed bacon until golden, remove from pan for later.2. Fry onion and garlic until golden. Add tomatoes cook for 1-2 minutes, then add sliced pepper and rice, salt to taste.3. Drop saffron into the boiled water, then pour over rice, season as needed.4. Simmer until rice is almost tender, Making sure it doesn't dry out, adding more boiling water as needed.5. Replace the chicken mix to the pan, continue cooking until almost ready.6. Add the thinly sliced chorizo, muscles and prawns.
