Here is how you make Healthy Seafood Pasta:

Chop all the vegetables. In a saute pan, on medium low heat add olive oil. Add mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and onion to the pan. Stirring from time to time until vegetables are tender. While this is cooking boil pasta as directed on package. I like to use angel hair but any shape will work. When the vegetables are tender add garlic and chopped tomatoes. Stir. Add imitation crab.
