2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced

1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup frozen corn
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1 lb shrimp
1 1/2 tsp chile powder
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp lime zest
2 Tbsp lime juice

Here is how you make Chile-Lime Shrimp + Bell Pepper Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 1/2 Tbsp oil on medium high. Add bell peppers, 1/8 tsp salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the peppers are tender and lightly browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Add corn and cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 2 minutes. Stir in scallions and tranfer mixture to a large bowl.Reduce heat to medium and add remaining olive oil to skillet. Season shrimp with remaining salt and chile powder and add to skillet. Cook, turning once or twice, until the centers are opaque, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer shrimp to bell pepper mixture and add cilantro, lime zest and juice. Add pasta to mixture and toss to combine.
