mix olive oil paprika, chilli powder and cayenne w/ salt and pepper. in Medium bowl, marinate shrimp in this combo. Place shrimp on skewers and add to preheated BBQ. cook 3-4 minutes a side for large shrimp. In the meantime cook pasta or rice and:mix 1/3 c chopped fresh cilantro, 4T butter softened, 3T lime juice, 2T tabasco, 1T minced garlic and worcestershire in a small bowl. once shrimp come off grill, coat them w/ the second sauce and grill 1 more minute per side.
