The ingredients for Shrimp and Pasta are:

1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter, salted
2 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Parsley,dried
1 tsp Basil
1/8 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
1 cup Kitchen Basics - Original Chicken Stock - No Fat, Less Sodium
8 oz Barilla ProteinPLUS Farfalle
1 box of Green Giant antioxident blend
20 large Shrimp, raw
1/3 tbsp Corn Starch & water to mix it with.


How Do I Make Shrimp and Pasta?

Here is how you make Shrimp and Pasta:

Put water in pot and place on stove. when it starts to boil add salt and pasta. Stir and continue to boil until done about 10-12 mins. stirring occasionally. Place Green Giant Antioxidant Blend in microwave and cook for 4 mins. While pasta and vegetables are cooking add 1 tbsp of EVOO to heated frying pan along with 1 tbsp butter. Add crushed or diced garlic to pan, turn heat down so it doesn't burn and get bitter. Cook fresh garlic for 2 mins. If using jarred garlic only cook for about a 1 min. Once garlic is cooked turn heat to low and add rest of spices and cook for another min. Add chicken stock to pan and heat to boiling.Mix cornstarch and water I used enough water to make a thin slurry. Add this to pan and cook for about 1 min. Now add vegetables and shrimp. Cook shrimp until they turn pink. You can add pasta to pan when you add the shrimp and let everything simmer for about 5 mins.
