Here is how you make Shrimp and Tofu Stir-Fry Pasta:

Boil water in a pot, and fully cook pasta. Set aside.In the meantime, cook stir-fry vegetables according to package direcitons, until almost done.In a separate pan, warm olive oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Chop up tofu into bite size pieces, and sautee in pan until nearly brown on both sides. Add in garlic clove and crushed red pepper flakes, and then add in the vegetables and shrimp. Finish for 1-2 minutes until shrimp are pink.Mix the shrimp, tofu and vegetable mixture in with the wheat pasta and add soy sauce to taste.
