12 large uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Thin Spaghetti
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Brummel & Brown spread
2 tbsp white wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 roma tomato, chopped
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese
Salt and pepper
Old Bay Seasoning


How Do I Make Shrimp Pasta with Feta and Dill?

Here is how you make Shrimp Pasta with Feta and Dill:

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook as instructed on package, until al dente. Drain.2. Heat olive oil in stirfry pan over medium heat. Toss shrimp in desired amount of salt, pepper, and Old Bay Seasoning. Add shrimp and cook until opaque (about 3 minutes per side), remove from heat and cover to keep warm. 3. Add margarine to stirfry pan and melt. Add garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add drained pasta, tomato, white wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss to mix. Stirfry for one minute. Add fresh dill and shrimp and toss to mix.
