- 12 oz. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Savory Choice Reduced Sodium chicken broth concentrate (or low sodium chicken/veggie broth)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
