Here is how you make Mackeral Patties:

Drain juice from mackerel and set aside. Mix fiber and egg substitute thoroughly. Combine mackeral and egg mixture. Add crushed crackers. If meat mixture is to dry, then add a teaspoon of mackerel juice at a time until the mackerel mixture is moist enough to form patties. Divide mackerel mixture into 12 equal parts (approx. 3 oz.) and form patties with each.Heat non-stick fry pan on medium heat; then spray with non-stick cooking spray. As you place the patties into the fry pan, sprinkle with Creole Seasoning to taste (like you would salt and pepper).
