2 deep 9 inch pie shells

Pie Filling
1/2 dozen steamed Shrimp small diced
18 steamed oysters small diced
Veggie Mix (all)
Gravy mix (all)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Veggie Mix
1/2 cup Sweet Red Pepper small diced
1/2 cup yellow onion small diced
2 cups zucchini small diced
8 fresh okras small diced
1 cup frozen yellow corn
1 lemon
2 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1 cup water

Gravy Filling
3 tbsp virgin olive oil
3 tbsp flour
1 cup skim milk
2 lemons

Veggie Filling Directions
Chop onion, red sweet pepper, okra, zucchini, and yellow onion. Mix chopped veggies with frozen corn, thyme, cajun seasoning, and juice of one lemon. Put salt and water in a steamer pot, steam veggie mix for 3 minutes.

Gravy Mixture
Heat virgin oil over medium heat. Stir in flour, heating until flour is light brown. Slowly add skim milk and juice of two lemons stirring constantly until a thick gravy has formed.

Pie filling
Dice oysters and shrimp. Stir Worcestershire sauce, Cajun seasoning, oysters, and shrimp to gravy filling, until shrimp and oysters are completely coated. Then slowly add veggie mix until completely coated.

Pour pie filling into 1st pie crust and cover with 2nd pie crust.

Bake pie for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until crust is golden bown
