3T. diet margarine
2 eggs
2/3 c. low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 c. green pepper chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms sliced
4 oz. part-skim mozarella cheese shredded
1 T. Parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Deep Dish Pizza?

Here is how you make Deep Dish Pizza:

Mix together: 3/4c whole wheat flour and 1 t. baking powder. Add 3T. diet margarine and cut in until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs.Beat 2 eggs and 2/3c. low-fat cottage cheese. Stir into dry ingredients.Pour into a 10" pie plate sprayed with Pam.Cover mixture in pan with 1/2c. pizza sauce leaving 1/2" border around the edge. Cover sauce with 1 medium onion, 1/2c. green pepper chopped, 1/2c. mushrooms, then add 4oz. shredded part-skim mozarella cheese and 1 T. Parmesan cheese on top.Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
