Here is how you make Puttanesca:

Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and saute until translucent - about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add anchovy and wine vinegar and cook 5 more minutes or until liquid in pan gets syrupy. Serve over pasta or over shirakiri (tofu noodles) for a lower carb version.
