Spray 8-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.In medium bowl, combine crabmeat, cheese & scallions; using back of a spoon, press crabmeat mixture over bottom and up sides of sprayed pie plate.Using wire wisk, in medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
