Prepare minute rice using package instructions, except substitute water for 1 cup of chicken broth. After Rice is cooked add to medium pan over medium heat. Add onion, broccoli, and snap peas. mix these ingredients. Add remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth to pan and cover. Allow to cook about 5 minutes. Uncover and add salmon. Mix and cook uncovered about 5 more minutes.
