Cooking spray10 cloves garlicsalt - abt 1 tspCombine these ingredients, put in pan and into 350 degree oven and roast for abt 25 minutes, just until garlic is light brown. Remove and set aside.1 tsp olive oil8 oz peeled and deveined shrimp1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepperHeat oil in skillet, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove shrimp, then cook pepper until just beginning to turn soft, but is still crispy. Remove pepper to shrimp bowl.1 tsp butter1/2 cup half-n-half (fat-free is good)1/3 cup chicken broth (fat-free)1 oz. shredded or grated Parmesan cheesesaltpeppercayenne pepper (if desired)Use these ingredients to make sauce. Melt butter, add everything else and mix well until cheese melts. If thickening is desired, add a little cornstarch with some broth and thicken.Pasta - 4 oz uncooked or 2 cups cooked.
