Cook 2 C. of sushi rice as directed. Dissolve the sugar (and a dash of salt) in the vinegar and add to rice while rice is still warm.Mix crab and lite mayo together and set aside.Place one piece of Nori shiny side down on a bamboo sushi roller (I didn't have one, so I used saran wrap). Using wet fingers, spread rice onto seaweed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Carefully flip the rice coated seaweed over. Add crab mixture and small slices of avocado to one side. Using the saran wrap (or sushi roller) carefully roll into a sushi roll.When cutting, dip your SHARP knife into water before each slice. The rolls come out with a more clean cut.
