Boil water with a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then add package of pasta. Cook at a boil for two minutes, then turn off stove and cover pot. Set a cooking timer for 20 minutes. -While pasta is 'cooking' in a covered pot, add tuna, carrots, green beans, onion, mayonnaise, Mrs. Dash or a similar mix, and a dash of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a large bowl, mix well. -When pasta is finished cooking, drain well.-Add pasta to tuna mix.When all ingredients are mixed well, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for a 2-3 hours.
