2 cups chopped iceburg lettuce
4 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries (unsweetened)
2 tsp. Sesame Seeds

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. honey

Here is how you make Broiled Salmon and Cranberry Salad:

Preheat oven to Broil on High. Place salmon fillet on lightly sprayed rack. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash and salt to taste. Place in oven to cook while you prepare the veggies. Chop pepper, celery, and lettuce. Add to salad bowls and sprinkle with craisins and sesame seeds.Flip salmon fillet over and remove skin. Reduce heat to Low and cook approximately 5 minutes longer.To make dressing, add honey and soy sauce to small dish (I used a jar) and mix vigorously.Remove fish from oven and place on top of salad.
