A salad was born!!I loved the flavors so much, I didn't add a salad dressing, but feel free to add whatever kind you like!

Broil for about 5 minutes (until salmon flakes when pierced with a fork).Meanwhile, pour half of lemon juice onto the avocado to prevent it from browning. Place spinach, onions, and avocado on plate. When salmon is done, remove from the broiler and sprinkle a little lemon juice on the salmon. Place the salmon fillets on top of the salad.
