1 1/4 cup egg white substitute
2/3 cup of fat free milk

Here is how you make Leek, Salmon, and Fake Bacon Tart:

Steam salmon fillets (or broil them) as package directs. Set aside to cool. Heat a large saucepan to medium/high heat, add cooking spray and chopped leeks and allow to sautee for 20 minutes.
