Rub two 6 oz filets of salmon with 1 clove of garlic, olive oil, freshly ground pepper and a dash of salt. Place filets on a sheet pan or cast iron pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Place skin side up on pan and broil on high for 3 minutes. (Rack should be at highest level) Turn filets over and broil for another 3 minutes.
