Shape the salmon mixture into about 6 to 8 slider size patties ( mine made 7) then add to heated pan and fry for about 3 minutes on the first side unt il slightly golden brown, then flip over and cook another 3 minutes more until desired goldeness and crispness is achieved to your liking. Give patties a sprinkling of corse salt followed by a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and serve.Mine that I made really held together well while shaping and cooking without crumbling or falling apart while cooking with these ingredients.
