Rinse salmon and pat dry with paper towel. Cut into 2 5 oz pieces. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Heat oil in a non stick pan over MED heat. Place fish in hot oil and cook 3 to 5 min each side (depending on desired doneness). Only turn once. Whisk together chopped cilantro, lemon juice and sour cream to make a uniform consistancy.
