Here is how you make Salmon Pattie:

Remove skin and bones of Salmon. Thaw corn in cold water for a few minutes. Mix Salmon, Flour and dill. In separate bowl mix the juice from the salmon with the baking powder. Combine these items and then add the onions and corn. Heat skillet at medium temperature and add 2 table spoons of oil. Drop mixture by 1/4 cup fulls in to skillet.
