6 generous servingsChop all veggies as fine or coarse as preferredDrain salmon into large mixing bowlMix all ingredients together. The finer the veggies are chopped the more moist the patties. Divide into 6 portionsPreheat nonstick pan with olive oil on medium heat . Place patties in pan gently. Lower temp to medium low.Cover with a lid for 15 min. This allows them to "bake". Remove lid, and gently flip them to brown on other side. Do not replace lid. Cook 10 more min. These will be a nice medium brown color and not dry inside.
