Here is how you make Salmon Hash and Eggs:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. When skillet is hot, add 2 tbls of oilAdd the potatoes into the hot oil, with a small sprinkle of salt and pepper.Let the potatoes cook for 5-10 minutes & then flip with a spatula. The should be starting to develop a nice, golden brown surface.Add the onion with another small sprinkle of salt & pepper. Let cook for 5-8 8 minutes before sturing. Cook 508 more minutes after stirring.Add the carrots with a small sprinkle of salt & dill. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Stir and cook another 5 minutesRemove the pan from the heat and stir in the salmon. Remove the finished hash to a bowl and wipe out the pan with a clean dish cloth. Return the pan to the stove. Add 2 tbls of oil to the pan. Fry the eggs to your liking.
