The ingredient list is for one 4oz steak or fillet. Mix marinade and soak salmon for 15 minutes. Heat contact grill/George Foreman. Place fish on grill. Close to seer on both sides until browned, approximately 5 minutes, but watch it closely. (My GF does not have a temperature setting, so after browning, the fish is still raw inside.) Place salmon in a microwave-safe dish. Pour some remaining marinade over top to steam the fish in. Cover with loose lid or wax paper. Microwave on high for 1 minute to finish cooking.
