1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 jigger whiskey or bourbon
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3 lemon wedges


How Do I Make Marinated Grilled Salmon?

Here is how you make Marinated Grilled Salmon:

in a gallon zip-top bag combine the light soy sauce, minced garlic, bourbon, brown sugar and cracked pepper. Mix well to disolve the sugar. Add the salmon fillets and coat the fish with the marinade. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove the fillets from the marinade and discard the marinade. Brush the fillets with oiive oil. Cook the fillets on a prepared med - high heat grill or in a preheated grill pan for 3-4 minutes on each side depending on how done you prefer your salmon and how thick the fillets are.
