Heat oven to 400. Prepare rice. In a small sauce pan, saute 1 clove of garlic finely chopped and a 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes until lightly browned. Add syrup, lime juice and soy sauce and cook until bubbling about 3 min. In a bowl combine 1 tsp cornstarch nd 1 tsp water. Stir into garlic glaze. Cook until slightly thick. Arrangr salmon on foil lined baking sheet,spread 1 tsp of glazr over each filet. Roast until cooked through - 12 min. In skillet warm oil over med heat, add spinach & 1 tsp of glaze, saute until wilted. Divide rice among 4 plates, top with spinach and salmon filet.
