Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan (I prefer Pyrex). If desired line the bottom and 2 sides with baking parchment. Put the cup of almond flour in a large bowl. Drain the can of salmon and save the liquid from the can. Add the liquid to the bowl with the almond flour. Stir in the dried onion and all the spices. Let stand for at least 5 minutes. Put the salmon from the can on a large plate and mash thoroughly with a fork, mashing in all the bones and skin. In a smaller bowl, beat the eggs, then stir into the almond flour mixture. Add the salmon and lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Place in prepared pan. Pack the salmon mixture in firmly.Set the loaf pan into a large pan filled with hot water. Bake for 60 to 75 minutes on the middle rack. The loaf will become golden on top and be firm to touch when done. Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.If you used parchment, you can lift out of the pan by the papers extending over two sides.
