Here is how you make Salmon Omlette:

Lightly spray pan with canola/olive oil and brown Salmon patty over medium heat. As the Salmon is browning sqeeze the lime wedge over the patty. Once browned dice patty up and set aside. Take a skillet and spray a canola/olive oil. Heat over meduim/low heat. Once skillet is ready, pour in the egg beaters/eggwhites, onion and 1 tbsp Cilantro.
