Here is how you make Salmon in Orange-and-Cognac:

Combine 1st 8 ingredients in ziplock bag. Add salmon & refrigerate 2-8hrs turning occasionally.Bring to room temp before cooking.Remove salmon from marinade. ~When placing fish on pan for grilling (I use a foil-lined pan) spreading the onions/garlic pieces over the top of the fish helps keep it from getting dry~ Broil or grill 6min on each side or until flakes easily with fork. Can baste when turned over if desired.
