2-6oz pouches of Salmon (we use chicken of the sea pouches, boneless skinless)
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 sleeve of Saltine crackers, crushed
Salt & Pepper to taste (I use the grinders to grind fresh)
1 egg
1/4 Canola oil (for pan to fry)


How Do I Make Classic Salmon Patties?

Here is how you make Classic Salmon Patties:

In a mixing bowl add Salmon, crackers, and chopped onion. Mix through. Add in egg and mix till coated. Add Salt and pepper to taste. Put oil in skillet, and warm. Form 4 round patties.
