Place in a small bowl and set aside.Remove skin from salmon and cut it into large chunks. Place salmon chunks in food processor and pulse until chopped.Place salmon in a large bowl. Add about half of the bread crumbs, egg, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well by hand.
