8 - 10 Saltine crackers (crumbled fine)

Here is how you make Savory Southern Salmon Croquettes:

Add all ingredients together and mix in a bowl by hand. Then take the mix and form into individual patties. Mine are usually a 3 inch diameter, but you can make them any size you wish. Put the patties in an oil covered fry pan and cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.This can be served as a main dish or you could make smaller patties and serve them as an appetizer.
