Here is how you make Salmon Cakes w/ Sauce:

Combine bread crumbs, salmon, yellow pepper, red onion, red pepper flakes and eggs into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 equally sized cakes. Depending on your preference, you can fry, bake or broil the cakes. While they are cooking, in a seperate bowl, mix mayo, chili powder and 1 lime for sauce.
