How Do I Make Scallop and Prawn Mornay?

Here is how you make Scallop and Prawn Mornay:

Defrost Prawns and drain. Place prawns and scallops equally divided into two oven proof dishes (small). Place the benecol in a pan and melt over a slow heat, gradually add the flour until the mixture forms a ball. Slowly add the milk and beat (avoid lumps) until all the milk is absorbed. Gently cook until thickens and then add cheese and pepper (a dash of mustard may be added if desired). Pour sauce over scallops and prawns. Pipe or spoon mashed potato around the edge of the dish. Place in oven at 180c and cook for 20 mins or until the potato browns. Serve immediately.
