The ingredients for Seafood Creole are:

2 lbs shrimp 16-30 count, peeled and deveined.
1.5 lbs of scallops
2-6oz cans chopped clams, drained and rinsed
2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic and oregano
4 cups fresh or frozen okra
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic (optional)


How Do I Make Seafood Creole?

Here is how you make Seafood Creole:

Heat oil in 3 qt dutch oven on pot. Add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Cook till onion and pepper are soft over med low heat. Add canned tomatoes, shrimp, (I used 16-20 because I prefer that size, ,but you can use whatever size you prefer), scallops, canned clams and okra. Cook over medium heat till shrimp are pink.
