How Do I Make Michelle's Seafood Gumbo?

Here is how you make Michelle's Seafood Gumbo:

Heat olive oil in a large stock pot until very hot. Heat broth until very hot. Add flour to mixture and stir. When it reaches the color of a copper penny, add 1/4 cup of chopped celery, onion, and pepper and stir. Add hot broth to mixture. Add the rest of the vegetable mixture (celery, pepper, onion). De-Tail the shrimp and add to your liking. Add cans of tiny shrimp, crabmeat, tomatoes, okra. Cook rice (I use boil in the bag) and add to mixture.
