How Do I Make Cajun shrimp linguine?

Here is how you make Cajun shrimp linguine:

Cook pasta according to package Directions without fat or salt. Drain over colander reserving 1/3 cup pasta water. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Combine Cajun seating and shrimp in bowl tossing to coat. Add 1 tablespoons oil to pan and swirl. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until done. Remove from pan and wipe pan clean. Add remaining tablespoon oil and swirl. Add copped pinion, thinly sliced celery, green pepper and 1 tablespoons thyme. Cook about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add red pepper and mined garlic. Cook another 3 minutes. Add pasta water, salt, drained tomatoes and both bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer about 5 minutes till thickened. Discard bay leaves. Remove pan from heat and stir in pasta and shrimp. Stir in half and half. Cook one minute over medium heat.
