Grab a cutting board to start cutting up your veggies.I slice and then chop the pepper first into tiny square pieces and set on a clean plate. I then slice all the mushrooms and add both the peppers and mushrooms to the pan at the same time. Your water should be boiling, at this point you add the whole box of pasta. Set your timer for 6 minutes.Stir your peppers and mushrooms and grab your bag of spinach. Roughly chop half of a bag about 8oz ( my bags are 16oz ) and when the mushrooms become a nice brown color add your spinach. When your pasta timer goes off dump into the strainer and let sit. Stir your veggies and add a tsp of garlic powder to them. Add more water to your pasta pot to give your shrimp a quick boil. The package says to bring water to boil add shrimp and then boil for 4 minutes, DO NOT FOLLOW THOSE INSTRUCTIONS. You will end up with rubber shrimp because you will cook the shrimp additionally later. Bring the water to a light boil. While waiting for the water to boil mince your fresh garlic and add to veggies. Also add an additional tsp of garlic powder and a few dashes of salt to your veggies. Give them a couple of quick stirs and set the pan on a cool burner. Toss your resting noodles around ( still in strainer ) to make sure they don't stick. You want them to dry a little so the sauce will stick nicely. Boil your shrimp for 2 minutes ( light pink color, very light ) Drain the shrimp and return to the large pasta pot. Stir in The jar of alfredo and veggies and cook on 4 for an additional 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes and enjoy!!!!!! You will not regret this delicious pasta, it tastes amazing!Serving Size: Makes 6 1.5 cup servingsNumber of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PINK_NEVAEH22.What's The Nutritional Info For Garlic Shrimp Alfredo? The nutritional information for Garlic Shrimp Alfredo is:
