3 cups hot chicken broth

Here is how you make Shrimp Jambalaya:

In a large saucepan, heat water and flour on low heat until smooth. Stir in onions, garlic, cumin, oregano,cajun seasoning, and ham; cook until onions are soft. Stir in tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Mix in rice and broth. Cover and simmer until just a little of the liquid remains. (To speed up this process, cook rice separately using the Chicken broth instead of water. Just cook according to package directions if you choose to cook rice separately.)Add shrimp, stir to evenly distribute.
