Cook the rice in the water, according to directions on the bag.Melt butter in large fry pan. Add onions and cook slowly, until caramelized. Remove from pan. Add olive oil and bring pan to high heat. Add shrimp and stir until nearly halfway done. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the lemons. Stir until shrimp is done.
