What Are The Ingredients For Savory shrimp and mushroom saute Recipe?The ingredients for Savory shrimp and mushroom saute are: 1 lb raw shrimp (16-20/lb)2 8oz packages of sliced mushrooms 1/2 red onion sliced 1/4" thick and halved 2 tsp olive oil 1 oz Blue cheese 1 tsp Rosemary (fresh or dried although fresh is better) Garlic - I use pre-chopped about a tsp or 1 clove Morton seasoned salt 1/4 tsp Black pepper to taste How Do I Make Savory shrimp and mushroom saute?Here is how you make Savory shrimp and mushroom saute: I use my electric skillet on medium low. I heat olive oil. Add mushrooms, onions, rosemary, pepper, and seasoned salt. I cook these until onions are carmelizing and mushrooms are nearly cooked. I then stir in blue cheese and move mixture to side of skillet. Next, I add shrimp on cleared side of skillet. I cooked shrimp about two minutes per side until pink and stirred mixture together. Let cook together a few minutes and serve. You could eat this over rice if desired, but I usually just cook a vegetable as a side. This is a good low carb, low fat, and gluten free recipe. I usually made this without the blue cheese and loved it, but it is amazing with the blue cheese added for the creamy texture and it makes it so much more savory while adding minimal fat.
