Heat oil in 2 qt saucepan, med heat. Add onions and garlic; saute for 3 mins. Add wine and boil for one min; add tomatoes, half parsley and remaining seasonings. Cook 5 mins. Add shrimp. Preheat oven to 450. Cook orzo in boiling, salted water 5-7 mins-aldente; drain and put in casserole dish. Toss with tomato/shrimp mix. Top with remaining parsley and feta.
