What Are The Ingredients For Shrimp Sandwich Recipe?

The ingredients for Shrimp Sandwich are:

4 large shrimp per sandwich
3-4 garlic cloves per sanwich
Fresh, raw spinach
1 slice provolone cheese per sandwich
1/2 tbsp mayo (can be omitted)
Focaccia, ciabatta, or a good italian bread for sandwich
about 1/4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil


How Do I Make Shrimp Sandwich?

Here is how you make Shrimp Sandwich:

First pre-heat oven to 375 F.Cut off the top of a whole head of garlic and place face down on some tin foil. (olive oil or butter helps the garlic roast and adds flavor.. only a tsp would be needed if used...but not exactly necessary)Clean shrimp but leave whole. dice additional garlic for cooking the shrimp. When oven is ready, pop in garlic for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Wait until the garlic is done roasting and out of the oven cooling before proceeding to cook the shrimp...the rest finished quickly.Toast the bread in a toaster or under the broiler, just enough to give texture. Cook the shrimp in the 1/4 tbsp olive oil, 1 oz wine, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Apply mayo to bread, shrimp, provolone and place in the still warm oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. Meanwhile, mash the roasted garlic cloves and apply to bread that will be on the top of the shrimp.
