Heat oil in large cooking pot. Add onion, peppers and celery. Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes, stiring occasionally until the vegetables are soft. Add garlic and thyme, saute for one minute. Sprinkle flour over vegetable mixture and stir. Add tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
