1 Tablespoon olive oil

Juice of half a lemon

2 teaspoons, packed brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon Tabasco (or other 'Louisiana style' hot sauce)

2 dashes black pepper

2 dashes salt

Here is how you make Spicy 'Barbeque' Prawns/Shrimp:

Males 1 servingRinse, clean and devein prawns/shrimp but leave a little section of the tail on for ease of handling when eatingIn a bowl add all other ingredients except Tabasco. Mix well. Add prawns/shrimp. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes in refrigerator. Heat oven to 450 degrees.Remove shrimp from refrigerator. Add Tabasco and toss with the prawns/shrimp and the marinade.Place prawns/shrimp on a cookie sheet and bake 5-7 minutes or until the prawns/shrimp are opaque and marinade is a glossy, brownish color.
